This is the soundtrack to the 1984 Peanuts special "It's Flashbeagle, Charlie Brown". There's a pretty good variety of music here, from disco to country to ballads. Also the song "Let's Have a Party" became the theme song to "The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show". Hope you like it!
Here's the track list:
- Flashbeagle
- Pigpen Hoedown
- Don't Give Up, Charlie Brown
- Peppermint Patty's P.E. Program (I'm in Shape)
- Snoopy
- Someday, Charlie Brown
- Let's Have a Party
- Lucy Says
- Woodstock
- Snoopy's Big Debut
UPDATE: I've read that the bonus special on the upcoming "Snoopy's Reunion" DVD will be "It's Flashbeagle, Charlie Brown"! So if you'd like to get the special that these songs were taken from, just click on the link below!
Thanks for this post. Do you have any other 'Peanuts' albums? I'd love to hear more.

Awesome! I've been looking all over for this for some time. It was one of my favorite soundtracks as a kid and I've been yearning to listen to it again. Much thanks!
ReplyDeleteI have seriously been looking for this for about THREE YEARS! I grew up listening to this cassette tape and was very disappointed a few years ago to discover that it wasn't saved where I thought it was. You have just made me VERY happy! Great quality too! Thanks SO MUCH!
ReplyDeleteI'm very happy with you for posting this. I wore out my soundtrack on blue cassette, and eventually sucked some of the tape up into a car wash vacuum. I never thought I would find it again.
ReplyDeleteI've been looking for this for far too long! Any chance of a clearer picture of the label?
