Announcements (UPDATE 6/22/09)

If I have any new questions or announcements, I'll put them here and get rid of them when I don't want them any more.

I was checking some stuff on the blog here, and found out something pretty cool: today is "Way Out Junk"'s third anniversary! Woo-hoo!! When I started doing this, I figured I'd probably lose interest in it within a year (or that the people reading it would), but I'm still here. Again, apologies for the lax posting lately. Another 2 1/2 weeks or so and I'm done with school, and I'll do my best to try to make up for lost time.

Again, thank you all for coming here, thanks for the comments (good and bad), and thanks for making my life a little more interesting!

Tony

Thank you. You have provided a great many people with some very cool stuff. It does not go unappreciated.

Happy Anniversary!

You don't have to apologize for anything, you have given us many fine memories of lost LPs. I love hearing them again.

Congrats! You remain standing where so many have fallen.

You've pointed me to so many gems during these three years. And my son's childhood soundtrack has been drastically enhanced by your site!

Thanks!

Happened across this incredible website by chance while looking for an old vinyl record of 'Now We Know' (songs to learn by) with Tom Glazer and Paul Tripp. A favorite of mine when I was 7 years old and I'm now 59... If you or anyone has access to this I would love to know how to be able to get a copy.
Thanks for this website...
Happy Anniversary!

Carl,

I had another reader of this blog mention the similarities between the "Now We Know" album and the album "Why, Mommy?" (which might simply be a renamed version of the same album) which I've got featured here:

http://wayoutjunk.blogspot.com/2007/07/why-mommy.html

Take a look at that and see if it's the one you're looking for. If not, I'll try to search further. Either way, let me know you've seen this, so I'll know one way or the other.

Hope that helps!
Tony
