The Amazing Adventures of Pac-Man

I'm sick at home today, so I figured it would be a good time to throw another album on here for you. Here's a crazy one that came out in 1980 featuring Pac-Man. I don't know what to say about this, other than it's just plain nuts! For example, see that rat on the front cover? He knows where the ghosts are hiding, and wants to make a trade with Pac-Man for the information. Pac-Man trades his name, so the rat can now be known as (wait for it) Pac-Rat! They don't discuss whether that makes Pac-Man just "Man" now. I wished this record was in a little better shape, but I cleaned it up as best I could. Anyway, take a listen to this one. Irritating voices, annoying songs, and confusing story; sounds like Way Out Junk to me!

Hope you get well soon, Tony

This is quite an unusual LP. I've never seen it before, and I've been a huge fan of Pac-Man all my life.

I do have the Pac-Man Fever LP though. Let me know if you want that one, too and I'll upload it to my blog site.

See you on the Flip Side!

Would you belive I got this one off ebay a few months ago SEALED. I never have gotten around to even listening to it. I'll have to upload it sometime, and see if my upload comes out better. Currently I'm having major music file problems for some reason. I can't play any of my music files, and if I even try to "Right Click" on one it totally suts down my Windows explorer. I've got a MS researcher looking into my problem, and calling me back tomorrow. So until that is fixed i won't bother uploading any more music to my PC. I'll be glad to share it once i do though.

This was one of my very first records I ever owned as a kid. I'd love to hear it again if you could upload it, Dave.
I used to play this one and the "Father Abraham in Smurfland" LP non-stop!

Every single song on this album sounds like Adam Sandler could've written and sang it on SNL. I'll bet this was his inspiration for such hits as "sweatshirt," and "turkey."

THANK YOU!

DUDE! Thanks so much for posting this! I had this cassette when I was a kid, but at some point when I was older we stupidly gave away a whole rack of our kids' cassettes...sigh.

This is one weird album all right...a song about trading?! Why?! What does that even teach children? So very odd. Pac-Man eats pellets and ghosts...that's the end of it. Anyway, thanks!
