Feeling Good with Annie

I'm getting behind on posting albums again, and I apologize for that. Work and school are still keeping me pretty busy.

Here's a crazy one that came out not long after the movie "Annie". In it Annie and the gang learn about exercising from door-to-door exercise guru Professor Fitness. Things get strange though when they try to invite him to a special charity ball in the city, and he says he can't go because the police want to arrest him! Anyway, things get straightened out (Did you have any doubt?) and the Professor (and the No Flab Revue) leads everybody in learning a new dance called"The Annie" (which is basically move your feet however you want to and say "I'm special". Not very helpful, is it?). The album includes disco instrumental versions of "Easy Street", "Maybe", and "Tomorrow" played during the story. This one's pretty crazy, but that's what you get for taking exercise tips from a kid with no eyeballs!

I have to be honest with you...this album is making me feel extremely good considering the weather is poor.

The other Anthony was right: the FEELING GOOD WITH ANNIE album DID make me feel good. The dances are based on various songs from the score of the 1982 musical, and the last one, the Annie is based on the song "Tomorrow." I wonder what it would be like to get Oliver Warbucks to use the Internet for the first time

The part of Daddy Warbucks is voiced on this album by Paul Kliegman, who was no stranger to comic strip characters, having done the voice for J. Jonah Jameson on the 1960s SPIDER-MAN animated series, and Captain America on the RETURN OF CAPTAIN AMERICA album. And, Tony, I most sincerely apologize for confusing you with Blackpidgeon.

yes!! this is awesome! Kidnapping people in the park with Annie and the Warbucks gang! This is sort of twisted, in an unintentional way.

way better than I expected it to be. But then again, Annie was my favorite movies a little kid. Um, not that I should be admitting that...
