Let's hope the new Iron Man movie can find a spot for this...
UPDATE: I saw "Iron Man" Saturday night, and not only did they do a great job with it, but they actually DID include short instrumental bits from this theme in the movie! I heard it once in the casino and I think shortly thereafter when Stark was romping around in bed with a woman. I think my favorite instance of it was hearing it as Rhodie's ringtone for Tony Stark! (I was actually joking around. I didn't figure they really did it!)
Thanks to dlevy for confirming that my ears weren't playing tricks on me!

Wow. What year was that? I've never seen or heard of that before.
I'm way too young to ever have seen this show, but as a hip-hop fan, I've heard it before. Rapper Ghostface Killah used the theme to open and close his album Supreme Clientele.
You'll be happy to know both this and the theme from the 90s cartoon show up in the film. (As does a Ghostface Killah music video.)
The original theme is also on the IRON MAN soundtrack!
Iron Man was practically flawless as a super hero flick; it drops pretty obvious hints that would indicate a sequel as well... i'm thinking the next one should be equally great
